At VenX, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Order Cancellation by VenX

VenX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• If a fraudulent transaction is suspected

• If the transaction violates the Terms of Use

• If there are pricing or technical errors

• For reasons beyond VenX’s control, including logistical or delivery-related issues

If VenX cancels an order after payment has been processed, the applicable refund amount will be initiated.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Before Shipment / Delivery

If the customer cancels the order online before the product or service has been shipped or delivered, the full order amount will be refunded.

b) After Shipment but Before Delivery

If the product has been shipped but not yet delivered:

• The customer may still cancel the order online.

• The refund will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling charges.

• The refund will be initiated once the originally ordered item is received back intact from the courier partner.

c) After Delivery

Once the product has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

d) Digital Products / Online Downloads

If the order includes downloadable data, digital products, or online services, cancellation and refunds will not be permitted once access has been granted.

3. Failed Transactions / Double Payments

• In case of failed transactions or double realization of payment for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.

• Bank or card transaction charges, if any, may be deducted and are subject to banking partner policies.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

• VenX does not guarantee the exact timeline for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank/card account, as processing times depend on banks and payment gateways.

• In case of partial cancellations, the refund amount will be proportionate to the cancelled portion of the order.

5. Important Notes

• Refund eligibility is subject to verification of the request and compliance with this policy.

• VenX reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
